My wife and I had gone to other Mercedes dealerships including another in columbus,and no one had a CL550 for us to test drive. Crown did not either, but the difference became apparently quickly when our sales representative and manager immediatley began searching for one. I was hopeful that I would be able to test drive one perhaps in a week or so... one arrived at the dealership within half an hour! It is this type of service which set them apart from any other car dealership that I had visited. Needless to say we purchased a new car. The E350 I wanted with specific options and color was in very short supply. Tom Sands located the car I wanted when my local dealer couldn't/wouldn't.
