I went to three different Volvo dealerships in the greater Start to finish, the experience with Derrick and George was fantastic for leasing a XC60. I went to three different Volvo dealerships in the greater Tampa Bay area and they were by far the most transparent and best deal. I'm in a sales role myself so sometimes it can be frustrating when working with a car salesman. This was not the case at all here and I appreciate that. I will be recommending George and Crown Volvo to everyone! Side note: Thank you Blenard for helping us with doing our test drive while George was with another customer. More

Great experience The team at this dealership is one of a kind! Buying or leasing a car is not known to be a very pleasant experience. However, Derrick, Hume and Mary The team at this dealership is one of a kind! Buying or leasing a car is not known to be a very pleasant experience. However, Derrick, Hume and Mary are so amazing to work with and make the experience so enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. They take their sales jobs very seriously but they do it without high pressure which is much appreciated. Brian in service is also great to work with and very professional. Also, Deborah, although I did not interact with her on this vehicle yet....she has always been great! I have leased several vehicles from this location and all of the people mentioned above have always gone above and beyond. More

Great Sales and Customer Service I brought my XC60 in for service and decided to take a look at the new XC60’s. I’m starting to think about trading in my current 2011 XC60, which I lo I brought my XC60 in for service and decided to take a look at the new XC60’s. I’m starting to think about trading in my current 2011 XC60, which I love. George was very helpful and kind. The sales manager Derrick also took the time to explain leasing information to me. I felt I was quoted a very good price up front. George was very responsive via email and quotes were formally and professionally written up. I’ve decided to wait a bit before purchasing my new Volvo. But when I’m ready to do so I will be contacting George at Crown Volvo. On a side note, I always have good service from Brian and Deborah when I bring my car in for scheduled maintenance. More
