We had visited 5 dealerships before ending up here at the end of the day and he was so kind and patient, even worked with us well into after the dealership was closed. I have to also say that the manager Derrick was very kind and patient while all the details were worked out. We came in the next day to finish up what we couldn’t that night before and we received such a warm welcome from George, Derrick and Fred. Deborah and her band of merry (and highly skilled and competent) men and women actually WANT you to ask questions about what done to your car! Going to a mechanic these days with all the electronic and sophistication of today’s automobiles is like going to your cardiologist. But at Crown Service they treat not only your body (the car), they focus on a customers’ head and heart so when you leave you know what was done, why it was done, the different ways it could have been done and the coast. CPO Warranty Work and Roadside Assistance - All Went Superb! A week after buying my CPO 2016 XC70, there was a charging system failure, and the car was unusable. I utilized Volvo Roadside and had the vehicle tow A week after buying my CPO 2016 XC70, there was a charging system failure, and the car was unusable. I utilized Volvo Roadside and had the vehicle towed to Crown. Followed up with Brian via phone to expect delivery from the roadside servicer and what was happening. Brian then called about six hours later, stating he squeezed me in, replaced the battery, and had the vehicle washed. Brian was servicing other clients when I arrived, so I familiarized myself with Samantha. N/C warranty paperwork and back on the road - all is well! Thanks Brian and Samantha;) More
