This is like home! My Volvo is 15 years old. I have almost 200,000 miles on it. I had it in for some service. My service guy, Brian Tessitore, invited me to go up to th My Volvo is 15 years old. My service guy, Brian Tessitore, invited me to go up to the waiting room, and said that it’s all open now. they always have snacks and drinks for customers waiting. Of course, a TV, WiFi and chairs and various areas, and now, even the show room has seating areas available! I must also mention because I always forget to say so, but your car is always returned all clean and shiny! Brian came in to tell me my car was ready and I told him I was having a problem deciding whether or not to trade it in. He was more than happy to help me with how to make that decision. Not telling me what to do, but pointing out that I have kept up with all my check ups. There has never been a major issue, and that speaks well to me. He took his time, as always, and truly helped me. Everything about Brian and Crown Volvo are 5 star to me! More
