We were lucky enough to get Michael Grace for our sales consultant. Can't say enough good about him! Aside from the fact that his British accent is mesmerizing, he is an amazing car guy. Very knowledgeable, with a great attitude, He bent over backwards to make us happy, and meticulously followed up on every detail. Very rare to find a salesman who you can trust and rely on. He did everything he said, and then some. We bought our dream car, a 2017 BMW 440i convertible, We had a couple minor after sale issues, and Michael took care of everything, including a new Volvo S90 loaner for a week, until the Bimmer was perfect.
