Initially, I submitted a request online for a 2019 XC90 and Mary promptly contacted me to assist and help me locate the exact vehicle I was searching for. Most of my interaction with Mary was via phone and text - we agreed on a price before I stepped into the dealership to save time and eliminate the stereotypical back and forth negotiations. The car I selected was inbound and not scheduled to arrive for several days. Mary kept me informed through the entire process, confirming details and was always prompt and responsive via text when I had questions. When I came in to take delivery and drive the car, Mary and Michael took the time to give me an in-depth tutorial on the XC90 and answered, with patience, all of my questions. William in the business office took time to review additional coverages on the vehicle and at no time did I feel pressured into purchasing a product other than what I had already agreed upon. I had the pleasure of working with two outstanding Sales Consultants and a very professional Business Manager, and I would not hesitate to buy a car from Crown Volvo again in the future! He did everything he said, and then some. We bought our dream car, a 2017 BMW 440i convertible, We had a couple minor after sale issues, and Michael took care of everything, including a new Volvo S90 loaner for a week, until the Bimmer was perfect.
