I consider the service department to be a first class operation: When I arrive for my appointment it is always apparent Brian is prepared for all the requested services and any questions or concerns are truly listened to and knowledgeable answers and explanations are given. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and periodic update reports are given, in person, concerning the work being done on my car. I have found the waiting time to be extremely reasonable and the work performed is always done correctly the first time. It is clear that Brian and his colleagues strive to offer solid Quality Customer Service, and they succeed! Perhaps most important to me, the service dept. has proven I can trust them. Initially, I was extremely nervous about this purchase due to stories you often hear about a sales person strictly working on commission and out to make the most money from the deal; however, I did not feel that from my recent experience. From the beginning of my experience, I spoke with Josh about my concerns regarding safety and reliability from my previous 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Josh listened to my concerns and assured me that the outstanding safety and reliability rating of Volvo would serve me well –along with the sleek design being exactly what I needed. The reason that I drive into Clearwater from Tampa for service is that Deborah Hannmann is the best service I have owned Volvos for many, many years.
