I purchased a preowned certified Volvo from Crown Volvo. They are such incredible people. The level of service that they provide is unmatched and frankly uncommon in today's car market. Zach greeted me at the airport and drove me 2 hours to the dealership. They made me feel so welcome, I think I met their entire staff. They were honest and transparent with every part of the transaction. I was not pressured. Their estimates for what an out the door price including an out of state registration would cost, were spot on. Thanks for all the help with the title Anthony. Michael Grace was my salesperson I strongly recommend working with him. New Volvos have so many wonderful electronic features that it would have been very overwhelming without Michael's help. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and fun. They have a great selection of all kinds of immaculate vehicles. I am thrilled with my ride! Looking forward to a nice road trip. We will travel from Iowa to Florida to purchase from the Crown team again. More

Originally had a deal worked out on an XC60 at another dealer. Michael reached out to me asking if they could beat it & they did. Despite a misunderstanding upfront, the team at Crown was able to get the dealer. Michael reached out to me asking if they could beat it & they did. Michael took the time with my wife & I to show us the features of the car and take it for a drive as we had never owned a Volvo before. He was very professional & showed he truly cared in making sure this was the right purchase for us. We had left our garage door opener in our trade in & Michael personally dropped it off at our house the next morning! I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a Volvo to visit Michael. More
