We were pleased with the entire transaction. Joe Caporicci demonstrated the features of the Volvo very well. He knows what he is selling. We appreciate the lower key sales approach vs a hard sale. My only advise would be to try to build more rapport by asking questions. No one asked us about ourselves, what we do, why or how we selected to buy our 6th Volvo. It might be the time that were in with the idea of low inventory and take it or leave it approach. No big deal but I'm sure referrals help. More
