I took my unit to service a few days ago, everything went very smoothly. I was told waiting time about 1.5 hour and about an hour later the service was done. Samantha Scollo went over the job performed on my very smoothly. I was told waiting time about 1.5 hour and about an hour later the service was done. Samantha Scollo went over the job performed on my unit, very knowledgeable and in a professional manner. I know they wash the unit as a courtesy for the customers, but they need a little of improvement in this area and take care of the small details. Overall very satisfied. More
