I’ll start by saying that I hate car dealerships. I dread car shopping and the haggling involved with getting a good value. My experience with Crown Volvo was a pleasant surprise, it was enjoyable. Met Michael Grace by chance while I was walking the lot today. We ended up talking for a bit as I asked about availability of different hybrid Volvos, but I never expected this would end up one of (and pr today. At 51, I've done this quite a few times too. We ended up going on a thorough test drive and Michael answered every question I had.
