Michael Grace was our sales representative. He was very communicative when buying our used Volvo from Crown Volvo. He made sure that the car was inspected, running properly and detailed great. We lived 80 miles away and he test drove the car for us prior to getting there to ensure is were no issues. The whole process was professional and NO pressure.
