Took my 2015 Volvo in for an oil leak repair last July, 2020. It was "fixed" $1000 later. By about October, it was again leaking. Just had it repaired a 2nd time and they claim it is a new leak so not cove 2020. It was "fixed" $1000 later. By about October, it was again leaking. Just had it repaired a 2nd time and they claim it is a new leak so not covered for previous repair. Of course. A car with under 70,000 miles and garaged, run every day, develops 2 oil leaks within months of each other. Either the car is poorly made or the service department doesn't know what they're doing. Either way, I was told it could very well happen again and be another type of oil leak that will not be covered under this repair warranty either. So the moral of this story is to stay far away from Volvos since they frequently sprout oil leaks. $2000 later for the exact same problem. Horrible. More

Yesterday I brought my 2020 XC40 in for the first yearly factory service visit and my experience was very good. The advisor, Samantha Scollo, is very professional and does not waste time in unnecessary chit factory service visit and my experience was very good.
