I just picked up my new car from Michael Grace and could not be happier with the service. I was a little apprehensive as I used the new Care by Volvo scheme - it was an unknown and I enquired about it a not be happier with the service. I was a little apprehensive as I used the new Care by Volvo scheme - it was an unknown and I enquired about it at a different dealership and had been brushed off without being able to test drive. Fast forward to my collection date and Michael offered me a test drive and went through everything in detail. I felt in no way less valued than if I was leasing directly from them. As I female, I have had multiple experiences where sales staff have only interacted with my husband but I am pleased to report that this was not the case with Michael. I highly recommend Michael as an individual and the dealership as a whole. More

I have had an exceptionally satisfying relationship with Crown Volvo since subscribing to my 2019 XC40 through the Care by Volvo program. Now trading it out at the end of the term for a 2021 XC40 R-Design, Crown Volvo since subscribing to my 2019 XC40 through the Care by Volvo program. Now trading it out at the end of the term for a 2021 XC40 R-Design, working with Michael Grace brought the experience up to an even higher level, which I would not have even thought possible. Even though the online, bargaining-free approach of leasing through Care by Volvo theoretically reduces dealer interaction to a minimum, when it came time to swap vehicles, Michael was generous in introducing me to the features of the new car, guiding me through the paperwork process and following up the following day to assure everything met with my needs. Despite my intimate familiarity with the XC40 and the new model's changes, he made some valuable suggestions I hadn't been aware of. All in all, a knowledgeable, thorough and kind sales associate.
