Michael Grace was our sales rep. for purchase of a previously owned BMW. We had a great unlimited test drive on our own which really helped us get a feel for the car. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the BMW even though he works for for a Volvo dealership. We were never pressured or rushed toward a purchase decision. Michael's only repeated question was "do you have any other questions I can answer for you?" He was very pleasant throughout the process and personally delivered our car to us in Sarasota. We couldn't be more satisfied and I highly recommend Michael to anyone shopping at Crown Volvo. More

Michael was a great help to us during our search for a pre-owned luxury car. He arranged a private unlimited test drive for my wife and I when other dealers sales reps. insisted on coming along on a fixed pre-owned luxury car. He arranged a private unlimited test drive for my wife and I when other dealers sales reps. insisted on coming along on a fixed route ride. Michael never pressed us to close a sale or tried to rush our decision. Once we closed the deal he personally delivered the car to our home and went over all of the cars features with us. Michael is a gentleman and the best cars salesman I've ever dealt with. More
