We had multiple emails back and forth on discussing the price and he explained it to us with detail itemizations. My wife and I are qualified for many discounts and promotions, Brain helped us to added them together without any issues (we also spoke to other dealers, they never let you know that you are qualified for additional discounts or they don't want to admit it).
