I absolutely HATE car shopping!!! It’s the worst. Michael Grace was the first salesperson I have ever dealt with that made the process enjoyable. He was never once pushy. Michael Grace was very helpful. No pressure sales. When the first Volvo I picked out and drove didn’t work out, he listened to my feedback and searched for cars that worked better for me.
