Outstanding service from Brian Tessitore and the service team getting some last minute work done to my Volvo. I brought it in for a routine oil change and ended up needing a timing belt and a few other thin team getting some last minute work done to my Volvo. I brought in my 89 year old neighbor who totaled his 2007 Volvo on his way to Florida. My neighbor is very old fashion and not one for technology. Not knowing anything about Volvo dealerships in Florida 2007 Volvo on his way to Florida. My neighbor is very old fashion and not one for technology. Not knowing anything about Volvo dealerships in Florida I called to close to where we live in Bradenton. Michael got got my neighbor into a brand New 2021 Volvo wagon where the other dealership was going to get him a 2020 Volvo wagon that was a leftover loaner car. Michael did this and saved him over $4000.00. Thank you Michael and thank you Crown Volvo cars of St Petersburg. More

Joe helped me get the exact car I wanted for my lease pull ahead, even though it wasn’t in stock at Crown. I would recommend Joe because he isn’t your typically pushy car salesman.
