When it was time to sign and do the finances, we were significantly delayed, and Joe was extremely apologetic and even offered to buy my family dinner while we waited--not his fault and he was still trying to make things right. We treated by our salesperson George when we started looking at vehicles. He was no pressure and very helpful giving us various options in vehicles. We recently bought a car from Crown Volvo Cars and our experience was very satisfying. My wife was shopping around initially and was not ready to buy at that time. Her sales representative was helpful, patient, and understanding that she was just shopping around. He knew he had made a very competitive offer, and he had the confidence that he would be considered in the final decision. Several of the dealerships told my wife that their offer was only good for that day, then wouldn’t go away when we told them we were no longer interested in doing business with them! We decided we were most comfortable with George at Crown Volvo Cars, and we loved the car, so we gave them the first shot to close the deal. George stood by his word. He negotiated a final price very fairly, and the closing had no surprises. We highly recommend that everyone, who is interested in buying a car, give George at Crown Volvo Cars the opportunity to make your next car buying experience enjoyable and rewarding. More

After spending an entire day car shopping around the area, we ended up at Crown Volvo just before closing thinking we’d take a look & decide over the weekend. We were instantly greeted from sales rep Chris Lowry, who’s friendly, knowledgeable & casual approach was a perfect fit for our shopping experience. He seamlessly guided us through each aspect of our decision. We can truly say after spending a day at many dealerships in town, this was the most friendly, relaxed & team-like atmosphere. Everyone clearly worked together to help make it happen for the customer. Manager Bud brought great energy & finesse to the experience as well! Within two hours, we drove off the lot with our new XC60 & couldn’t be more happy! Highly recommend checking them out- be sure to ask for Chris when you go! More
