He was also knowledgeable about the new vehicle, answered every question and unlike most car buying experiences I have had, he never pushed or "sold" the car in any way that felt uncomfortable - there was never any pressure and we stayed in contact for weeks until the right car came in and we had time to start the process. From the test drive to signing the final documents, it was a very pleasant experience. If I could give 10 stars I would! More
