Excellence From Preview Through Purchase I had been looking and researching the CX40 since it came out in 2019. Last weekend, I went to Crown Volvo and was greeted by Michael Grace. The deale I had been looking and researching the CX40 since it came out in 2019. Last weekend, I went to Crown Volvo and was greeted by Michael Grace. The dealership was prestene, with everyone wearing masks, including my friend and I. Michael provided excellent service and really worked to meet my requirements in a vehicle within my budget. There was no pressure to buy. Upon my decision to purchase the 2020 CX40 R Design, Michael delivered the car to me, which was sanitized. He took the time to pre-set certain functions and was very patient walking me through all the features. Even though my purchase is complete, Michael has even called me a couple of times to see if I have any questions. I highly recommend Crown Volvo and Michael Grace. I love my new car!! More
