I worked with Michael Grace to discuss details about the car, perform a test drive, and execute a deal. Throughout this whole process, Michael was very knowledgeable about the car and answered every question I had about the car and the buying process. I, additionally, worked with Leanne in finance to go through the financing process. Leanne was extremely knowledgeable and broke everything down for me in a simplified way, as this was my first time buying a car. Michael and Leanne's friendly personalities, paired with Crown's beautiful new facility, made my visit stress-free. I am looking forward to continuing doing business with Crown Volvo. More

Beginning our vehicle search Upon arriving at Crown Volvo, we met with Michael Grace. I explained we were just beginning to look for a new replacement vehicle, and that the Volvo Upon arriving at Crown Volvo, we met with Michael Grace. I explained we were just beginning to look for a new replacement vehicle, and that the Volvo XC40 was the first option we wanted to look at. Michael completely understood that we were not ready to make any decision, at least, not yet. Nevertheless, he proceeded to provide us with a very clear and thorough description of the XC40. We followed with a short road test, which was very elucidating. If a new Volvo is in our future, we will be back to see Michael.
