As I related to Brian, we had our previous Volvo serviced at Crown Volvo and although we live in Land O Lakes and there are other Volvo dealers closer to our house, we are very comfortable with the great service we always receive from Crown. As we had not met Brian before, we were very pleased that he carried on the great customer service we have always received from Crown. He had our 10K mile service taken care of and as we were just returning back to the States from an overseas assignment, our navigation system and maps had to be converted back to US specs. All done on time and we were kept informed of the status the entire time. We will continue to return to Crown for our Volvo servicing. More
