I can’t say enough good things about everyone who worked with me, especially Chris Lowry in sales. He’s so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, but also low-pressure, which I really appreciate. He’s c with me, especially Chris Lowry in sales. He’s so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, but also low-pressure, which I really appreciate. He’s committed and loyal to the Volvo brand and has driven Volvos himself for years. He went above and beyond throughout the sales process and even after, making sure all my questions were addressed, even if they were for the Service or Finance departments, for example. Chris and the other team members across departments, including management (Ken Feck), finance (Fred Woods), and service made the car shopping and buying experience a pleasure from beginning to end. She is very professi My wife and I just bought a new XC40 at Crown. We dealt almost exclusively with Mary Mattingly, a young and competent saleswoman. She is very professional, pleasant, and determined to make the purchase experience an easy one, with no pressures. In spite of some tense moments in the beginning (I am rather detail-oriented), she kept her positive attitude and drove the deal to a reasonable conclusion. We have only had the car for less than a week, but so far are very pleased with the XC40 and would strongly recommend Mary for your next car purchase at Crown. As a side note, at times I had to slow down her explanations a bit, as she often seems to talk faster than my older brain brain can keep up with :-) More
