Crown Volvo - Samantha Scollo I had a mechanical issue that needed immediate attention and I was able to get a same day appointment at Crown Volvo. Samantha Scollo was my service r I had a mechanical issue that needed immediate attention and I was able to get a same day appointment at Crown Volvo. Samantha Scollo was my service representative and she did an excellent job in getting me checked in and later on in the day informing me of what repairs were necessary and what the cost would be. My car was ready by 3:00 PM the same day and my mechanical issue was resolved. I have dealt with Samantha Scollo on a number of occasions at Crown Volvo and she has always been very attentive in overseeing what ever service issue that I have. More
