Top notch service I'm not writing this because of the delicious Chai tea in their state of the art coffee machine, or because of the new and substantially improved buil I'm not writing this because of the delicious Chai tea in their state of the art coffee machine, or because of the new and substantially improved building that Volvo moved into (far surpassing their old building in Clearwater), but because everyone there was so very nice to me when I went in for something as simple as a new battery. Even the big screen TV with a view of the new service bays was impressive. Samantha Scollo was my service point person, and she did a great job letting me know how long it would be for the technicians to determine what was wrong with the car (just needed a new battery). Although they could have used another set of large comfy chairs and another sofa on this particular day (the good seats were taken), I found a reasonably comfortable seat at a nearby table and was greeted by numerous staff, making sure I had what I needed. Mary Mattingly went so far as to make me a chai tea and a hot cocoa for my son. Derrick Smith came over to say hello, recognizing me from past visits. My car was washed and vacuumed when ready for me to drive home and Brian Tessitore handed me my key and directed me to my vehicle with a smile and a Happy New Year. Very nice experience! More

FANTASTIC DEAL FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP FANTASTIC CAR I recently purchased a S90 T8 Volvo. Michael Grace, salesman, was excellent helping me doing so. My questions were always answered, and very knowledge I recently purchased a S90 T8 Volvo. Michael Grace, salesman, was excellent helping me doing so. My questions were always answered, and very knowledge on the product, and gave me all the time I needed. I am not the easiest sale. In fact I am not sure how they put up with me, but they did and do, which is why I always go to a Crown dealership. This is my third Volvo. The 1st being a 1991 740,it was a very strong and safe car. My second Volvo was a 2011 S60 T6 AWD. OMG!!! AWESOME CAR!! I sold it last August and was instantly sorry I did. Fast, safe and dependable. Now, I have the HYBRID S90 T8. So far, love it. I hope to feel about this car they I did about the S60. I know they are 2 different types of cars, but the Volvo genes I am sure will be quite noticeable over time. Michael Grace and General Manager Ken Feck, are a very good team! Yes, I would recommend. More
