After researching for what I was looking for it came down to one vehicle and one vehicle only VOLVO XC 90. My last car was a Volvo S60 that I purchased in 2006. When our daughters car broke down and was not worth fixing I flew to NY where the Volvo is stored for the winter and drove it down to Orlando to give it to her knowing that my Volvo despite the age would be a secure car for her to have. That was four years ago and she loves it. Just recently I decided it was time to pick up a car we could use for travel to and from NY and FL each year that would be comfortable for our dog....yep! I said DOG. When looking at an SUV the importance of the interior not only had circulating air all the way from the front to the very back which is does. Second was that the interior was completely light in color and that the seats all fold completely flat. What we found was that this exact vehicle was NOT available and is very difficult to find. When Blenard Disha our salesperson who assisted us could not find exactly what we were looking for he reached out and received help from his manager Derrick Smith. Both were extremely helpful and worked very hard to find the next best XC90. Which of course they did. This honestly was the easiest, most comfortable purchase I have been through in my entire life. Our experience was so amazing that as we were leaving a couple pulled up in an SUV Infinity looking at our XC90. I spoke with the wife and husband informing them what a wonderful experience we had, and that we are in love with our new purchase. Gladly letting them know that the staff was knowledgable, friendly and willing to do what t takes to find a perfect car. Thank you for the wonderful experience and in a couple of years when we are ready for our new one we will be sure to come back!
