Derek and Mary quickly identified our needs and what we were looking for in a used vehicle. Mary immediately chose a car based on my expressing the safety needs I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and educated us on the vehicle from bumper to bumper inside and out. There was no sales pressure and we were given choices based on our needs and our financial ability. Both Derek and Mary made us feel like family, listened to our needs and met them without hesitation. It was an enjoyable experience and we drove home in a beautiful 2016 Volvo SUV that we fell in love with. It was a combination of customer need and salesperson knowledge that made this a win win situation for all.
