Lack of communication from service technician. Customer has to constantly call to check and see if car is being fixed. I was accused that my car was in an accident as to why my car could not be fixed properly because the technician was not well versed with fixing the problem. This dealership is the worst a Chevrolet dealer shop I have ever been to and I have been a Chevrolet corvette owner since 2004. I will never return for service. More
