The wait time he told me that he needed to properly diagnose my truck was not accurate. And suggested to me that I was mistaken about my leaving my car there for 3 days wasn't what he said, he said, he diagnose my truck was not accurate. He told me the starter & flywheel needs to be replaced for $7400.00 I had a 2nd mechanic look at they actually took the transmission off and the flywheel off and showed me the parts - stating there is nothing wrong with either. But they replaced both parts anyway- to see if the noise will stopped. It didn't. I still here the same noise. So I paid for a misdiagnosed opinion. And I would have potentially would have paid $7400 for nothing. I feel I'm due a refund More

Just look through all the reviews regarding "service" at Chevy Culver City. They are a bunch of liars. Even if your car must get serviced by a Chevy dealer do NOT go to Chevy Culver City.
