One Step At A Time I brought my car in several months ago for service and as usual the experience was 5 star. At that time I requested a list of items that were identified as problematic but not urgent. On Tuesday I called for an appointment because I was losing coolant - a new issue on my 10 year old car. I was able to get an appointment for Wednesday morning. When I took the car in I asked Damian to have the #1 item on the list looked at and priced in addition to the coolant issue. I was given an estimate and I authorized the work.It was completed on Thursday to my satisfaction. The thing I really like is having the service department prioritize the work and give me a timeframe for when it should be done. More
