UNUSUALLY PLEASANT - Courteous - attentive listeners - Price seemed fair - Richard Diaz's thorough knowledge about the Volvo S-90 - allowed my wife to have her criti - Courteous - attentive listeners - Price seemed fair - Richard Diaz's thorough knowledge about the Volvo S-90 - allowed my wife to have her critical input on the car especially the ride in the rear seat. The air ride specifically. - Richard didn't seem rushed while he explained and demonstrated the features of the car or when we went on the test drive. Lack of space everywhere is not a deal breaker but certainly a point of contention. The way to present evidence that I owned a Volvo before this seems illogical. Title to the car should be sufficient.? I think this aspect needs cleaning up. When it becomes an issue then it becomes annoying. For a car with MSRP of close to 70,000 - $500 shouldn't require unwarranted investment of my time. More
