The professionalism, friendly staff and service were exceptional and far above what I have experienced at other dealerships. I appreciate the service department professionalism. They addressed the 30k Mike service, replaced motor mount, fixed a tire puncture I think, rotated tires and gave a curtesy wash. Martin also addressed my concerns about the motor mount failing so soon- 6 years after purchasing it new. Apparently Volvo cars have this issue. I’ve owned previous cars for about 20 years each but never had that issue but they were not Volvo cars. More
