Ken is wonderful, and the dealership has always been there for me. I will continue to bring my car to currie, and buy from them when I need a new vehicle. i had a problem with our door on our mini van. i called and spoke with monique mccarthy and told her all of what was wrong. from that point on i did not need to do anything other than drive to the shop. and spoke with monique mccarthy and told her all of what was wrong. from that point on i did not need to do anything other than drive to the shop. i was even put into a rental car free of charge while they fixed my vehicle. i was very satisfied and monique was extremely nice. First Service experience at a new dealer - I worked with a gentleman named Mike in the service area, he was a very informative and helpful individual. He suggested additional services of getting an oil chan a gentleman named Mike in the service area, he was a very informative and helpful individual. He suggested additional services of getting an oil change and to get my tires rotated in addition to the service which I had come in for (Service light). All of the services were completed in a timely manner (car was promised on Wednesday and recieved done that day). Very smooth and pleasant experience compared to previous service departments/repair shops I have worked with over the years. I would reccommend the dealer and service department to anyone who asks. Went to service because I was in the area and had a check engine light on. I was also on a timeframe yet Mike was able to help me out and quickly get my car checked out. However; I was't that happy with one Pat Cloney, if I ask you a question I expect to be answered trufully, the first time I had taken the car in to have the seats looked at he said that they were going to fix it there , when it was going to have to be sent out to someone else. I don't like that at all!! More
I went into the dealer to service my 2003 Monte Carlo. I was referred to Sales by Mike in service and I had a great overall experience from start to finish. Mike was very professional from start to finish. Brought my car to pepboys before i brought the car in they said my front and rear brakes were both bad and needed to be replaced.
