Horrible dealership, buyer beware!!! My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave from this dealership. When we first looked at the car, I noticed that the heated seat wasn't wor My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave from this dealership. When we first looked at the car, I noticed that the heated seat wasn't working on the drivers side. Our salesman Jeremy, ensured us that this would be fixed, if and when we decided to purchase the car. A few days later we received a call form the dealership making us an offer we were willing to accept. We returned that night to purchase the car, only to find the issue with the heated seats wasn't resolved. Jeremy ensured us that we could return anytime to get the car serviced for the issue, since it wasn't serviced before the purchase. Low and behold the check engine light comes on one day later for an engine cylinder misfire. We return the vehicle to get service, and the used car sales manager refused to do the work for us, claiming "we received a good deal and there wasn't any more room in his budget to fix the car". They offered to fix the cylinder misfire by performing a low-cost cleaning of the engine for under $70, but wanted to charge me over $600 to fix the heated seats. I called the owner of the dealership, who claimed I had no right to get the car fixed by them since nothing was in writing, and offered to fix the car for $400 for me so I would go away. I refused to pay anything since it should have been the dealerships responsibility. I wouldn't trust this dealership with my car again anyway, knowing all to well the lies and deceit they already showed to their customers. I'll be taking my car somewhere else to get fixed, on my dime. A few weeks later, my check engine light has come on again for the same cylinder misfire they supposedly fixed, and now a new alarm that the car needs a new gas cap. Stay away from this dealership, they offer suspect cars, and will lie to their customers just to make a sale. The sales team, the managers, and even the owner are liars, extremely shady, and are completely unethical. More

Pete (sales) and Dennis (service) were fantastic! I wanted the new F150 from Currie in January. After doing a dealer search we found the one. By the time we located it for a dealer trade it was sold I wanted the new F150 from Currie in January. After doing a dealer search we found the one. By the time we located it for a dealer trade it was sold. Pete suggested a factory order. By doing so we actually eliminated one option to make the purchase price cheaper. Pete kept in constant contact until arrival. We signed the papers and everything went smoothly. We also negotiated DVD headrests to be installed after taking delivery. Dennis in the service department was honest, kind and a no BS kind of guy. Perfect overall experience. This was the first Ford we have ever purchased after owning 17 cars between my wife and I over the last 16 years (tell me about it....) and I'll likely never go back to GM/Honda/Toyota. More
