I did one on Labor Day weekend when I thought I was getting taken car of spending almost 40k on a used 2018 f150 that has been nothing but problems since. When I first came in they worked out a deal that they would add ac seats to this if I bought it that day. I told them I’d be right back after I went to go look at one other truck. came back less then an hour later to go through with the purchase and they gave me another salesman because the outer was busy so they gave him a all the info and when I asked about the ac seat’s getting installed after the purchase they said that wasn’t in the deal.. Had to wait over a week to get it into service and all they did was clear the code, forgot to due the oil change and parked it back outside behind the shop was I sit here for almost 4hrs now finally walked up the counter to see what was going on and they don’t have a rental for me making another appointment to bring it in again to get it further looked at! Absolutely horrible experience with this place and when I look into the other poor reviews I see I am far from the only one going through this with Currie motors of valpo.. More
