Original: When we arrived at Currie Ford in Valpo, the sales experience was a unicorn from start to finish. Cody Wilson (sales consultant) started the conversation with finding out what we were interested in having for features and needs in our next vehicle and what made us want to trade in our vehicle (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland). They unfortunately weren’t able to get the exact Ford F-150 we originally visited Currie Valpo from a sister store in Frankfurt, but Cody did locate a very well maintained vehicle on their lot that wasn’t updated on the website yet. We sincerely appreciated his logical method in narrowing down the available inventory to find something that balanced our needs, wants, and budget. After taking it for a test ride, we met with Mike Ramadan (sales manager). I must mention that we probably had 100 questions for Cody throughout the 2 days we visited and he seemed delighted to help us learn about safety and entertainment features to ensure we were looking at the correct vehicle! Mike assisted with some of the finer details of going over the truck we were looking at and making sure it would fit our needs with Cody and reminded us of their return policy should we not absolutely love our new purchase. If you have some spare time, ask Mike about his Foxbody hobby! After working out some of the finer details, we met with Adam Hernandez (general sales manager). Adam has to be one of the more laid back general sales managers I’ve met that was more than happy to help his team wherever needed with a smile. There was definitely some sales pressure the first day we were there (they do have a job to do after all), but absolutely nothing that was uncomfortable for my fiancé or me. The entire process was delightful, without unnecessary pressure, and wasn’t guided towards anything we weren’t looking at. The interactions between Cody, Mike, and Adam were polite, fun, and never felt as though we were being pushed to get something we couldn’t afford or didn’t want. We are both delighted that we ended up visiting this store, meeting Cody, and will be happy to refer others here as well! More
