Went in a couple weeks ago to look into purchasing a new vehicle. Ended up leaving with brand new 2024 Ford Escape and couldn’t be happier. Isahia and Brendan were both super helpful and all around awesome vehicle. Ended up leaving with brand new 2024 Ford Escape and couldn’t be happier. I drove an hour to look at 2 trucks they advertised online. I get there and drove around and didn't see either one. Salesman comes to my car and ask how he could help. He stated that the trucks I was online. I get there and drove around and didn't see either one. Salesman comes to my car and ask how he could help. He stated that the trucks I was looking for are probably in back. I asked if I could drive to the back and look, he stated that I couldn't without a managers permission and I could wait by the door for him to get back. He then stated that he needed my info before I could drive to the back. I left asap at that point. I have never heard of anything as dumb as that. I would understand if I wanted to drive one of them but not just to drive by and look first. It was certainly waste of a trip to this dealership. More
