Recall After sitting in my vehicle outside the service center for about 10 minutes I walked inside and waited another 5 minutes or so to be waited on. Once I was checked in the minor recall fix went very quickly. I still don't know what the normal procedure is at this dealership but with my previous vehicles (Honda) I was always greeted immediately. I was on time for my 10:30 appointment. More
