Extremely Happy I can’t begin to say how much I love this dealership. This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased from them. Everyone from the porter (James) that cleaned and prepped the truck to the general manager (Leo) who made it all happen are beyond wonderful. It truly is like a family. They will never allow ANYTHING to be a problem and if there is one it’s fixed right away. Tarik is so wonderful to work with and never rushed or pushy. He always has an answer for any question and if he doesn’t he goes to ask someone who does. I’d be remissed if I didn’t mention LuAnne and Roger in service. These two people ALWAYS make sure every time I’m in there that EVERYTHIG is perfect. There just isn’t enough good words in the dictionary to describe these guys. To everyone involved, thanks so much for all your hard work and everything you do for not only me but all your customers!!! More

They knew I didn't want to be there and every step took an unusually long amount of time to return with information in the buying process--and they were very slow that day (At 2:00 PM I was the first person of the day in their finance office). I made the decision to buy the car after about 90 minutes on the lot (viewing cars, seeing inventory, and test drive). However, it took them another 2.5 hours to get the job done. I do believe management has a desire to draw out the process, really drag their feet to kind of frustrate you as a buyer. The worst was at the end when the manager refused to give show me the other 3 interest rates that were offered. He only gave me one despite admitting to receiving 3. I thought this was really poor customer service and just shows they care more about frustrating the customer into submission than offering the best deal to their customers. Overall, quite a circus. Do to the actions of the manager, Jeremy, I am unlikely to recommend or utilize this dealership again. Obvious and terrible gamesmanship. If you do find a good car there, though, investigate bringing your own financing. More

Met with Tarik Qaos, we went on a test drive then came back and talked numbers. We couldn't come a to deal without a missing party member so Tarik allowed me to take the vehicle home to drive for the evening to make sure it was a good fit. Ended up buying the vehicle the next day. Tarik was extremely helpful and polite, he went above and beyond for us! More

Agreement not honored, vehicle sold out from under me Was in the market for a 4 wheel drive pick up truck. Althoughj I was not looking for a compact/midsize truck, I finally found exactly what I wanted at Currie Ford in Valparaiso. This truck was a new listing at the dealership, and I arrived there a little before 10 a.m. this past Saturday morning (6/2/2018). I dealt with salesman Alex Hanson. He explained to me that since they had very recently taken delivery of this truck, it was currently undergoing its inspection, and was in the shop. He did take me to look at it, but didn't think I could drive it at that time because they could not ensure its safety. We were then joined by Sales Manager Mike Davis whom wanted to nail down financing. I informed both of them that I was not going to apply for a loan until I had driven the vehicle to make sure there were no unseen issues. He then talked me into at least checking my credit score. I finally agreed to it. I had informed Salesman Hansen that I could leave a deposit if needed to hold the vehicle. It was explained to me that the recline lever for the drivers side seat was broken and parts were on order for it. They were to arrive that Tuesday. Prior to leaving, I was told by Salesman Hansen that once the parts arrived and repairs were completed, he would give me a call. At that point I was to stop in and drive the vehicle and then finalize the sale. He took all of the paperwork, including the agreement I had signed and put it into an envelope to be set aside until Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when on Monday, June 4th I received a notification that the truck had sold! I immediately emailed Alex Hanson to find out if the sale indicated was in fact a sale to me. He responded and told me that no, the truck had sold! I asked how this could be, when we had a written agreement as to what was going to happen. I received no more responses from Mr. Hansen after this. I was then contacted by Sales Manager Mike Davis. Mr. Davis apologized to me and explained that they had a customer come in and agree to buy the vehicle without driving it. I explained to him that we had an agreement. He responded by saying that this customer just bought it without driving it, or even letting them finish their inspection of it. This was just about the most unprofessional treatment by a dealership that I have ever received. 2 hours of wasted time, a worthless agreement that I signed, and missing out on a vehicle that I really did want. Mr. Davis told me that he desired to "make things right". He stated that they have 4 other dealerships and could possibly obtain a similar vehicle from one of them and would get back to me. Keep in mind that the vehicle I had the agreement on was a 2006 GMC Canyon 4 wheel drive truck with 105,000 miles on it. He then got back to me an hour later and said that he had found a Ford Ranger (did not say what year) that was rear wheel drive only, with over 150,000 miles on it. Nowhere near comparable to what I had been screwed out of! He then offered a free oil change for my inconvenience. What a slap in the face. I will relay this experience to anyone who has the desire to hear it, and certainly tell family and friends to stay away from this dealer at all costs! More
