I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Bret did a wonderful job of showing me all the features of the car! I ended up with a 2014 Civic EX, and as the norm you go back and forth on the price but I did not at all feel cheated. The whole experience was quite pleasant, would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially to work with Bret, he is just a genuinely nice person!! More

Andy Basset was a sales rep and he was very wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me all my options that were available. I get turned off immediately when a sales person is aggressive and pushing things I have no intention of buying. We were very comfortable with Andy which is great because it is a little nerve wracking spending that kind of money. We felt very fortunate to have had him work with us to find the perfect vehicle. Your financial person was able to set up a loan at a reasonable rate so I didn't have to do the leg work for that. My car was ready when they said it would be. There were a few dings on the doors and your service department (especially the "Dent Man") made it like they were never there. My intention is to use this dealerships service department for my vehicle. Overall, our experience at Curry Honda of Chicopee was extremely satisfying. Andy and Team, thank you, thank you...I LOVE my 2013 Honda CRV. More

Specifically... our experience with Ron Brunner, Sales Consultant, was great. I told the manager that this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Ron has a very friendly, easy-going personality which immediately put us at ease. He was very knowledgable about all the Honda products (and competitor products). He gave us lots of information about the cars we looked at but we never felt he was doing a hard sell. (I felt like he was a neighbor or friend telling me about the call.) Before we took a test drive he pointed out the key features of the car (most of which were new to us). He explained safety features; was able to answer all the questions I asked. ANd he also asked good questions to determine what we were really looking for in a new car (features, price range, etc.). To be honest, we did not think we were going to buy a car today. But the whole experience was so positive and reassuring that we felt very comfortable that we were making a good decision. I would recommend Ron Brunner (and Curry Honda) to any of our friends or family. More
Great experience I decided to pay Curry a visit, since I've heard nothing but positive things from friends, family and coworkers. I checked out the online inventory an I decided to pay Curry a visit, since I've heard nothing but positive things from friends, family and coworkers. I checked out the online inventory and spotted this beautiful 2012 Toyota Rav4 with under 7,000 miles. I thought to myself its time for a new ride, let me check them out. To my surprise I checked out this beauty of a vehicle to be immaculate, still having that "new car smell". Will walked me through all of the vehicle's feature and broke down my new payments after appraising my 2009 Nissan Murano. To sum this up the visit here was amazing, easy and hassle free. I would like to thank Will and Gus and Curry for helping me obtain this beautiful vehicle which I have named "Bad xxx". More

Mr. Cohen was also friendly and listened to what I wanted in a car without pressuring me to get more than what I wanted. He took the time to explain about the two cars that I test drove and let me decide which one I wanted. The manager also gave us gave us (what I thought) was a fair price on my trade in. The most surprising thing was that I got my car that day. They had it clean, inspected and registered that same day. I have had my car for two days and I am very pleased with it. More
