I came in for my scheduled appointment at 2:30 and was told it was at 3:30 when the time of 2:30 was verified via text and email. Not offered another time to come back. Made to wait the hour before my ser told it was at 3:30 when the time of 2:30 was verified via text and email. Not offered another time to come back. Made to wait the hour before my service began! Andrew who assisted me with the issue with my car was very professional in how he handled matters. He kindly told me I would need to rerun back because it was towards the end of the day but could get my very professional in how he handled matters. He took a look to know what was wrong ended up removing what was making the noise with it then order the part that had to be replaced and next day when I brought it back in the part was in and they took my vehicle to have the part back on while I waited.. My vehicle running much better since they fixed it up. More
