"A lengthy repair became an outstanding customer experience!"

This was a 2nd visit for a problem with my radio....it was not able to display the correct time. It took several days to be fixed & although I inquired a backup vehicle wasn't available to me. Several things were tried based on what the engineers were suggesting...initially wanting to try out a used antennae to see if this would solve the problem...after a delay it was not available ....at that point they decided to put a new rradio package in. All through this, my representative took great pains to tell me every detail that was happening.... I didn't enjoy the length of time the repair took, but his courtesy & consideration in keeping me informed made the process acceptable. HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!

Detailing Person - Do not know his name, but was exceptionally pleased with his quality of work. I do have to admit that upfront I apologised for the condition of the car (share the car) and added that it would be a challenge. The person in the detailing dept. did an exceptional job (inside and out), and thank you, thank you, thank you!. Please relay this message to him. ***** 10 stars ***** Also for the young lady behind the desk in the waiting room. She is very conscious of making those in the waiting room feel comfortable and appreciate how she is so willing to go the extra mile by offering snacks to those waiting and making the popcorn and maintaining the area. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment was scheduled to have my car serviced and I was immediately assisted with very friendly and professional service. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I managed to get to work on time. I found this to be exceptional customer service and I was delighted to see that my car was vacuumed as well.
