I don't like ever look forward to the experience of having to get a new car since I have had bad experiences in the past..specifically sales people who look past me because I am a woman and only talk to my husband...really? I had none of this working with Rich who clearly understood whose car it was going to be. He was also very patient and friendly and followed through on promised phone calls and the walk-through with me on the particulars of the car before I drove it off the lot. I also never felt pressured at any time into making any decisions. We also had pleasant dealings with the finance people at Curry although I would suggest having customers have to wait less time in having to talk to them and signing off on paperwork but the gentlemen were easy to talk with. Overall..a great experience all around and I have already mentioned to a few friends who will be looking for cars to give Rich Ethier a call. And by the way..the 2014 Honda Civic rocks! I ended up with a 2014 Civic EX, and as the norm you go back and forth on the price but I did not at all feel cheated. I get turned off immediately when a sales person is aggressive and pushing things I have no intention of buying. We were very comfortable with Andy which is great because it is a little nerve wracking spending that kind of money. We felt very fortunate to have had him work with us to find the perfect vehicle. Your financial person was able to set up a loan at a reasonable rate so I didn't have to do the leg work for that. My car was ready when they said it would be. There were a few dings on the doors and your service department (especially the "Dent Man") made it like they were never there. My intention is to use this dealerships service department for my vehicle. Overall, our experience at Curry Honda of Chicopee was extremely satisfying.
