Curry Honda Chicopee

I just leased a Honda CRV EXL(2014) today. This is the fourth car I have purchased/leased from Curry Honda. I have worked with Will Fathi Ahmed on two of my purchases which have been the best car sales e fourth car I have purchased/leased from Curry Honda. I have worked with Will Fathi Ahmed on two of my purchases which have been the best car sales experiences I have had. Will is knowledgeable, honest, fair and most personable. I am not the easiest of customers. The latest experience I had would challenge the patience of a saint. I wanted to test drive several cars before I made the final decision on my purchase. Will was patient, fair and did not pressure me one way or another. I would say he went above and beyond. In spite of having several other customers he was dealing with he made me feel like I was the only customer on his schedule. He took time with me and I never felt rushed. This experience has been one of the best I have had. I picked up my car today and once again, in spite of other customers waiting Will took time to show me features of the car, programmed my phone to the bluetooth and carefully and efficiently went through the necessary paper work without me ever feeling rushed or pressured. I cannot say enough about my experiences at Curry Honda - both service and sales. I have recommended Curry (and Will) to a number of my friends and urge any folks reading this review to give Curry a try. You will not be disappointed. Ask for Will...(other sales folk are great as well) but I have found Will to be at the top of my list. More

JUST PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2014 HONDA PILOT. JOSH WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH FROM START TO FINISH. WE HAVE BOUGHT NUMEROUS VEHICLES IN THE PAST. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE MOST PLEASANT. I worked with Ron to evaluate the 2014 CRV. He took the time to review all 3 models including pricing, rebates, warranties, etc. so I could compare the costs to best meet my needs. He did this even knowing I was visiting another dealer. Curry matched the other dealer in pricing which did not include the lifetime warranty for the engine an power train. Although I would have liked the price to have been lower, the overall satisfaction of the monthly payments, quality of the vehicle, the quick service and especially the attention to details displayed by Ron made my decision easier. Ron would be the 'someone' I would want to have work with in the future. More

I was a customer of another Honda dealership and had a bad experience with them. When I went to Curry Honda I was attended to promptly, professionally and treated with respect. Ron Brunner was extremely a bad experience with them. When I went to Curry Honda I was attended to promptly, professionally and treated with respect. Ron Brunner was extremely accomodating and went out of his way to ensure that I had a hasssle free car buying experience. He got me the exact car that I wanted for the price that i wanted. Several employees of the dealership remembered me by name and face when I had only been in the facility one time before for only a few minutes. After purchasing three cars of my own and referring six other sales over ten years, my last Honda dealer acted as if I didn't exist. Janet, who helped me with finance and warranty, was amazing as well. I felt like family from the word go. Even though the dealership is 110 miles from my home I would still recommend them to family and friends. Overall a very satisfying experience. More

I have leased my vehicles from Curry Honda since 2008. Each experience is consistantly pleasant. Especially the customer service we recieve from David Medina.
