I've leased Hondas from Curry for several years. I would highly recommend this dealership. The sales consultants have been very nice in the years that I've been coming here. However, the main reason for my comments today is to say that I've had the best experience at Curry...even more than I've had in the past thanks to Dave Medina! We spoke a couple times on the phone about turning in my lease car. Everything he said during our conversations was 100% as he promised! He took the application info over the phone to save time. I told him I didn't want to spend hours there doing paperwork, checking credit, etc. I got there around 10:15am. I had all the paperwork done, had the car cleaned, plates put on, met with the finance guy, signed the contract and was driving out of the lot with my new 2013 Honda Civic in a total of about 2 hours! Christian was ready to greet us as we walked in the door and helped us through the whole process of test driv recommendations from friend and family. He was friendly, patient, and most importantly, it felt like he was on our side when we were considering our budget and needs. Christian did he best to get us a good price and answered all of our questions and concerns like a champ. We did all of our homework ahead of time, so we knew which models we were interested in. We were pretty sure we'd find what we wanted at Curry Honda, but we weren't sure if they'd work with our budget. Christian made it work, and we're so grateful! Christian made this wonderful experience at Curry Honda something that we'll come back for over the years - many thanks to him! There's no explaining how wonderful it is to go in to a dealership and be treated with respect and dignity instead of a quick commission customer, especially as a woman who does most of the talking and negotiating in our duo. I would recommend this dealership, however, only if you have ample amounts of time to spend there. The dealership looks great on the outside, but when you're inside, I observed more smoke breaks then anyt have ample amounts of time to spend there. One salesperson actually rolled his own cigarettes at his desk while customers were present. I have never had to go to a dealership more then 3 times to get a deal done. This time I did, due to errors made by the dealership. I was told that the first payment for my purchase would be taken care of by the dealership, but didn't realize that they would just take it out of my down payment. Be very cautious when purchasing from Curry Honda. More
