That said Ryan worked very hard to help me out and was able to get me a car while I was inconvenienced for the third time and worked to minimize the inconvenience as well as the cost as best he could. Wish the dealership offered rides to customers or a car when the jobs last all day -2 days or more . Bumming rides from friends gets tricky. More

My scheduled appointment took 2+ hours. I did not receive a service video. My contact said he couldn’t send it. The status of my service was never updated. A problem was found and my cont I did not receive a service video. My contact said he couldn’t send it. The status of my service was never updated. A problem was found and my contact said “just watch it, no need to do anything right now.” I know there is a service alert for the oil and fluid leak. Disappointed this was not a better experience. I won’t be back because I bought a Nissan while hanging around too long. More
