I wanted to look up your service visit to see the details on everything. Unfortunately, I can't look you up by this username. Please feel free to reach out with any information for me to look into this. With the processes, reception, inspections, etc. that we do from start to finish, we may be slightly longer than a quick lube chain, but we are far more thorough, considering we check for safety recalls/software updates and perform them on the spot when needed for your safety. We test the battery, perform a free alignment check upon arrival, and save money using actual Honda filters and oil. Our factory-trained technicians know the mechanics of these vehicles better than non-Honda technicians and are up to date on all Honda models. We constantly send employees here for Technical Honda training to better the customer experience and offer the most knowledge and repair ability in the area. I wanted to express the value in the service we provide, compared to a less experienced/equipped service center out there. We respect the customer's time and always try to be as time-efficient as possible; we are sorry it took longer than you anticipated, and we really hope to see you back next service.
