Making appointment online was a lot easier than I was thinking it would be. My only small room for improvement comment would be to have a brief explanation for what the transmission service is, like the thinking it would be. I decided to call the next day to see if it was a full on flush or a drain and fill, not only that I learned it was a drain and fell, but also was briefly explained as to why. In person, I met Christian, very positive and outgoing. As I was walking out towards my ride home, I noticed something hanging underneath the car and at nearly the same moment. Christian was headed to my car to get mileage information. I asked him about what was hanging and he took a quick peek at it And it appeared to be a quick fix. Upon picking up my vehicle, I did forget to look for that one extra piece, but after getting home, I remembered, and saw that it was taken care of and not listed on my bill, I appreciate a very quick and easy thing being taken care of, especially after a recall And transmission service.
