The alternator was replaced after the battery light came on and car wouldn’t start. I was called at 4 pm on Friday that the car was ready, service would be open until 5. I called on Monday morning to pick t on and car wouldn’t start. I was called at 4 pm on Friday that the car was ready, service would be open until 5. I called on Monday morning to pick the car up. Yes it was ready. When I arrived they had to jump it to start it. After discussing this with service that I didn’t want to bring it home and have it not start there, it was decided to charge the battery which would take 2 hours. I would hope that a vehicle that needed a new alternator after not starting would have had the battery tested and charged before calling the customer saying it was ready. More
