This visit to Curry Honda, my 4th since moving here 3 years ago, I had a software recall/update done along with an oil change and tire rotation before driving to the Cape for vacation. Last minute, I tho years ago, I had a software recall/update done along with an oil change and tire rotation before driving to the Cape for vacation. Last minute, I thought of a seemingly small thing I had been told by other places couldn't be fixed- the "aim" of my washer fluid nozzle. For 6 years since I bought my car it had hit the windshield where the wipers rest, at the bottom. I had tried myself to adjust it with no success. I mentioned it to Jevon as an afterthought. How delighted was I to find now the fluid hits the windshield right in the center! The smallest item on my list made me so happy and it took 6 years to fix! Actually, it took Jevon and his technician to fix it. Jevon has been my service coordinator before and I will always request him in the future. He made my small request, the aim of washer fluid, seem just as important as the software recall, oil change and tire rotation. Thank you, Jevon!! Your customer service is exemplary!!
